The six-foot-three point guard has a tight handle and plays with extreme poise when up against pressure defense. His strong frame allows him to take bumps as well initiate contact on drives to get to his spots. Bliss has sneaky athleticism which he uses to catch defenders sleeping at the rim, along with the quickness to be an effective on-ball defender and good instincts when playing the passing lanes.
