Why Cincinnati?

Jizzle James: "I chose Cincinnati because of the culture. It is a real family vibe that I get from them. I have been brought up on a lot of their principles so it is nothing new to me. I have a great relationship with the coaching staff and the players. I think it is a great fit for me."

How does it feel to be committed?

Jizzle James: "It feels stress free. I can now just focus on basketball. I don't have to worry about talking to different coaches everyday. Now I can work on my craft and not worry about a lot of stuff and focus on winning states this year which is my main goal."

What were the deciding factors that led to your decision to commit to Cincinnati?

Jizzle James: "It's a basketball school. The city loves basketball, they are big on it. They are about to be going to the Big 12 conference. The style of play is the same style that I play with my high school team so it is just a great fit for me."

Jizzle James: "I want to improve my three point shot, so the goal is when I come in as a freshman to be a consistent three point shooter. I also want to be the guy that is able to lead and win."

How does Cincinnati plan to use you in their system when you arrive for your freshman season?

Jizzle James: "They plan to use me as a scorer and a distributor. They want me to be the guy that makes the right play and do what I usually do with my high school team."

How you describe your game to the Cincinnati fans?

Jizzle James: "I am a high level and a great competitor. I am a person who has a lot of drive and energy. I am player who just wants to win and give it everything I got when I am on the court."

What is Cincinnati getting in Jizzle James as a player and a person off the court?

Jizzle James: "They are getting a cool laid back point guard who is fun to be around. I love good vibes and I am very competitive. I really love to compete. I am person who really just loves basketball. I think that I will fit the culture and the style. I will fit right in at Cincinnati and the city."
