Strengths: Stephon Castle is a physical lead guard that has tremendous size for his position. This gives him even more of an advantage with his court vision and passing abilities. Castle has an advanced feel for the game and excels in ball-screen actions and getting downhill. He is also a solid athlete and somewhat polished finisher at the rim. With his size and body frame, he will also have the potential to become a multi-positional defender at the next level.

Areas to Improve: At this point in his development, Castle has a ways to go as a shooter. He is an inconsistent jump-shooter, and defenders will continue to go under ball-screens until he becomes a true threat from distance. Castle should also look to become a more aggressive scorer in general, utilizing his physical tools more to his advantage.
