The 2022 Spalding Hoophall Classic and 20th annual showcase has just announced their full field of teams and schedule for their event that will take place during the 2021-2022 high school season during MLK weekend January 13-17th in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Unfortunately, last season's annual famous showcase event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic that shocked the world. The Spalding Hoophall Classic is back and it is always one of the "must go-to" events every single year for the last decade and beyond. 

Multiple top-25 programs and more are expected to appear in Massachusetts during the five day weekend. AZ Compass Prep (AZ), Montverde Academy (FL), Oak Hill Academy (VA), Prolific Prep (CA), IMG Academy (FL), Sunrise Christian (KS), La Lumiere (IN), Westtown School (PA), Link Academy (MO), Camden (NJ), DeMatha Catholic (MD), and others headline the full field of ranked teams.

Other programs outside the top-25 national rankings right now like Greensboro Day (NC), Simeon (IL), Don Bosco Prep (NJ), Vertical Academy (NC), Kenwood Academy (IL), Wilbraham and Monson (MA), Gill St. Bernard's (NJ), St. John's College (DC), Gonzaga (DC), The Patrick School (NJ), Archbishop Stepinac (NY), Cardinal Hayes (NY), Mater Dei (CA), Christ the King (NY), and others expected. 

Multiple top ranked prospects are going to be playing over the five day span of the Spalding Hoophall Classic. Names like 2022 C Dereck Lively II (Duke), 2022 SG Dariq Whitehead (Duke), 2023 F Mookie Cook, 2022 F Chris Livingston (Kentucky), 2022 SG Keyonte George (Baylor), 2022 PG Jaden Bradley (Alabama), 2023 PG Kylan Boswell, 2023 F Mackenzie Mgbako, 2022 F Mark Mitchell, 2023 PG Caleb Foster (Duke), 2022 PG Dior Johnson (Oregon), 2024 F Naas Cunningham, 2023 G Mikey Williams, 2022 F Kyle Filipowski (Duke), 2022 SG M.J. Rice (Kansas), 2022 G J.J. Starling (Notre Dame), 2023 PG D.J. Wagner, 2023 PG Simeon Wilcher (North Carolina), 2023 F J.J. Taylor, and plenty more will be on display. 

The matchups and schedule for the famous weekend have been set and matchups like Kenwood Academy (IL) vs Camden (NJ), IMG Academy (FL) vs Montverde Academy (FL), Link Academy (MO) vs Prolific Prep (CA), La Lumiere (IN) vs AZ Compass Prep (AZ), and a few others headline the holiday weekend.
